Story:
Ten-year-old Arthur, in order to save his grandfather’s house from collapse, goes in search of some much-hyped hidden treasure in the land of the Minimoys, little people living in harmony with nature.
Arthur is a ten-year-old spirited child whose parents are away looking for work, whose eccentric grandfather has been missing for many years, and who lives with his grandmother in a country house, which is taken back in two days. Will be torn down, and turned into a block of flats until Arthur’s grandfather comes back to sign some papers and pay off the family’s debts. Arthur learns that the key to success lies in his own descent into the land of Minimoyes, a creature no larger than a tooth, which his grandfather helped move to his garden. There is also a pile of rubies hidden somewhere in them. Can Arthur be hard-hearted and save the day? Romance also ensues, and a villain lurks.
