Story:
Anita (Madhuri Dixit) is a model, and Ajay Sharma is a photographer, both working for the same agency. Ajay is in love with Anita and thinks that she loves him too. But Anita takes it for just a friend. She gets engaged to Vikram (Jainendra), and the wedding is to take place soon. Ajay still feels that Anita is in love with him and he too starts preparing for his marriage with Anita.
