Story
Just before Hurricane Katrina hits New Orleans, a pregnant woman gives birth prematurely. She died and the condition of her child remains critical. The baby is to be placed in the neonatal incubator. When the storm hits, all the power goes out and everyone in the hospital is gone. But the father of the child stays because the child cannot be moved so he has to take care of his child by making sure that the ventilator remains on. And because there’s no power, the only source of power is a generator it has to crank every few minutes. So he has to stay awake while waiting for someone to come.
