Story:
Dr. Victor Frankenstein dies and the creature buries him in his family cemetery. Although he is attacked by demons, he kills one of them and the Gargoyles rescue him and take him to a cathedral where the Gargoyles Order is assembled. Queen Leonor of the Gargoyles keeps Dr. Frankenstein’s journal with the Order’s treasure and names the creature Adam.
She then explains to Adam that under the command of Prince Naberius there is an ancient war between the gargoyles who are angels and demons. She also invites Adam to join the gargoyles in their war against the demons, but Adam prefers to isolate them at a remote location. Two hundred years later, Adam returns and finds a modern society.
He soon learns that Naberius intends to create an army of lifeless corpses to be held by the demons. The scientist Terra is researching the process of creating life and Naberius is looking for Dr. Frankenstein’s journal to help Terra and raise his army.
