Story:

Khurrana returns in this gay rom-com, playing the role of Kartik Singh, a boy from Delhi who is in love with Aman Tripathi (Jitendra Kumar). Aman’s orthodox family comes from the small town of Allahabad. His father Shankar (Gajraj Rao) is some sort of agricultural scientist, who grows genetically modified black cauliflower that is known to be worm resistant. His mother Sunaina (Neena Gupta) is a housewife. Tripathi lives in a joint family system, with Aman’s uncle Chaman (Manu Rishi Chadha), aunt Champa (Sunita Rajwar) and cousin Rajni (Maanvi Gagroo), who for a reason goes by the surname Gogal.

The opening scene of this romantic comedy manages to squeeze a wide smile out of you, such is the filmy charm of a flamboyant Kartik and his spirited, yet affable, lover Aman. The couple is seen following a train to Allahabad, where they are headed for an uphill battle with the traditional mindset of the latter’s family and society in general.
