Story:
Anand Kumar, a mathematician from a small Indian village, known as a calculator because of his qualities, is assured of help by Devraj, a politician. He happens to solve an unresolved equation from a foreign math magazine and gets a chance to go to Cambridge University. Due to financial issues her postmaster father broke her PF for her travel.
But they are still short of money, they turn to Devraj for help who backs down and throws Anand and his father out of his house. Due to shock, Anand’s father dies and the responsibility of the family falls on him, he goes door to door selling papads. One day he meets Lallan Singh who runs a coaching class in the city who hires Anand as a teacher.
