At a small Indian village named Jalkot, Thakur Azghar Singh killed anyone who stood in his way. When Jagdish Chander, an honest police inspector, tries to bring him to justice, he is killed by Lawrence and Peter by a hunter hired by Ajgar Singh. The inspector leaves two young boys to grieve, one of them Brijesh who kills the hunter and joins the Lawrence and Peter gang and the other Avinash who grows up with the police commissioner and is a police officer like his father.
