Story:
Naseeb in which Krishna Prasad (Govinda) who is attempting to commit suicide is interrupted by Master Chaban (Kader Khan) who stops him. Krishna befriends Chaban and helps him in his business. Deepak Bajaj (Rahul Roy) comes for a job interview in Krishna’s company and is hired. One day Deepak’s car breaks down, and Krishna takes him to his house where he sees Deepak’s wife Pooja (Mamata Kulkarni). It is revealed in the flashback that Krishna is a car mechanic and Pooja is going to a party with her friends. There is a problem with his car and Krishna fixes it. Pooja then takes Krishna home. The two keep in touch and eventually fall in love. Pooja’s father, Dharamdas (Saeed Jaffrey), meets Krishna and offers him money so that he can open his factory. However, Krishna refuses and decides that he will marry Pooja only when she becomes a successful businessman. During this, he writes a letter to Pooja asking her to forget her. Pooja’s heart broke. When Krishna comes back, he too is saddened to see that Pooja has married someone else. Deepak and Pooja are invited to his party on Krishna’s birthday. Pooja gets shocked seeing Krishna’s mansion as it has everything she wanted and told Krishna. Deepak and Pooja meet Krishna, and while everyone is dancing Krishna tries to kiss Pooja. This enraged Deepak who slaps Krishna. Krishna then apologizes to Pooja. Deepak insults Krishna, who becomes enraged and fights Deepak and arrests him for embezzlement of money. Deepak’s father asks Krishna to release Deepak, but Krishna tells him that he wants worship in return. This enrages Deepak’s father. Pooja thinks that Krishna wants to sleep with her, but Krishna slaps her and tells her that he only loves her and did all this so that he could understand her feelings. Krishna releases Deepak who throws Pooja out of her house. Master Chaban then takes her to his home. Chaban goes to Dharmadas and learns that he burnt the second letter. Chaban turns to Krishna, who takes Pooja to Deepak and tells him how much Pooja loves Deepak, but Deepak rejects the story. Krishna committed suicide
